Qualifying Subscriptions

Teacher Earnings apply only to qualifying AI Faculty platform subscriptions that are successfully attributed to an eligible teacher.

A qualifying subscription generally means an eligible paid platform subscription that is active, successfully paid, connected to the participating teacher through the AI Faculty attribution process, and not refunded, cancelled, reversed or identified as fraudulent.

Free accounts, trial access, promotional access and other excluded transactions may not generate Teacher Earnings.

Teacher Earnings

Current teacher share: 25%

Eligible teachers may receive 25% of qualifying AI Faculty platform subscription revenue attributed to their classroom.

Teacher Earnings are calculated only on qualifying AI Faculty platform subscription revenue. Independent tuition, tutoring fees or other payments collected directly by a teacher outside AI Faculty are separate and are not included in the Teacher Earnings calculation.

04

Student Attribution

A learner must be correctly connected to a participating teacher for the related subscription.

  • Teacher classroom links
  • Classroom codes
  • Invitation links
  • Approved referral journeys
  • Other attribution methods provided by AI Faculty
05

Earnings Dashboard

Eligible teachers may be able to view active subscriptions, estimated Teacher Earnings, pending earnings, adjustments and completed payouts in the Teacher Earnings dashboard.

Pending amounts are not final until applicable payments, eligibility checks and adjustments have been processed.

06

Refunds, Cancellations and Payment Adjustments

Teacher Earnings may be adjusted when an associated subscription transaction is refunded, cancelled, charged back, disputed, unsuccessfully paid, reversed or identified as fraudulent or invalid.

If an adjustment occurs after Teacher Earnings have already been credited or paid, AI Faculty may apply the adjustment against future eligible earnings where permitted.

07

Payouts

Eligible Teacher Earnings will be paid using payout methods supported by AI Faculty. Teachers may need to complete identity verification, payout account verification, tax information and other required account steps before receiving a payout.

The applicable payout schedule, processing period and any minimum payout requirement will be displayed in the Teacher Earnings experience or communicated to participating teachers. Processing time may also depend on the selected payment provider.

08

Taxes

Teacher Earnings may have tax implications. Participating teachers are responsible for understanding and meeting their own applicable tax obligations.

AI Faculty may request taxpayer information and provide applicable tax documents or information reporting where required. AI Faculty does not provide individual tax advice.

09

School, District and Employer Requirements

Teachers are responsible for confirming that participation in AI Faculty and the Teacher Earnings Program is permitted under applicable school, district, employer, outside activity, conflict of interest, technology, privacy and compensation policies.

Participation in the Teacher Earnings Program does not override any policy or requirement that applies to an educator through a school, district or employer.

10

Clear Disclosure to Students and Families

Transparency is important. When a teacher recommends an AI Faculty platform subscription and may receive Teacher Earnings from that purchase, the financial relationship should be clearly disclosed where appropriate.

11

Academic Independence

Teacher Earnings must remain separate from academic decisions. A student decision to purchase or not purchase an AI Faculty subscription must not affect grades, academic evaluation, teacher treatment, required classroom participation, access to required instruction, academic recommendations or student opportunities.

12

Responsible Program Use

Teachers must use the Teacher Earnings Program responsibly. The following activities may result in earnings being withheld, adjusted or removed and may result in suspension from the program.

  • Creating fake learner accounts
  • Generating artificial subscriptions
  • Misleading students or families
  • Manipulating attribution
  • Using unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempting to generate earnings through fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresenting the Teacher Earnings Program
  • Violating applicable AI Faculty terms

AI Faculty may review suspicious activity before processing related earnings.

13

No Guaranteed Earning

Participation in the Teacher Earnings Program does not guarantee any specific level of income. Actual Teacher Earnings depend on the number of qualifying subscriptions, active qualifying subscriptions, subscription pricing, retention, eligibility, attribution, refunds, cancellations, payment adjustments and current program rules.

Any calculator, example or earnings projection provided by AI Faculty is for estimation only and should not be treated as guaranteed income.

14

Program Changes

AI Faculty may update the Teacher Earnings Program as the platform evolves. Changes may include program eligibility, qualifying plans, teacher share, subscription pricing, attribution rules, payout methods, payout timing and other program requirements.

If a material change affects participating teachers, AI Faculty will provide appropriate notice before the change takes effect where required.

15

Suspension or Termination

A teacher may stop participating in the Teacher Earnings Program at any time, subject to applicable account and payout requirements.

AI Faculty may suspend or terminate participation where necessary because of program term violations, fraud or suspected fraud, misleading promotion, payment abuse, account misuse, failure to complete required verification, violation of applicable law or policy, or risk to students, families or AI Faculty.

Any eligible unpaid balance will be handled according to the program rules applicable at the time of suspension or termination.

16

Relationship to Other AI Faculty Terms

These Teacher Earnings Program Terms apply specifically to participation in the Teacher Earnings Program. Use of AI Faculty is also subject to the applicable AI Faculty Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Compliance information.

Where another agreement applies to a school, district or organization, that agreement may also govern use of the platform.
